Our shop is open from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday.

We are closed on Sundays.

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 2 days prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

Delivery fees will vary depending on the zip code of the recipient. Standard delivery to Spokane and Spokane Valley is $10.00; Nine Mile Falls is $22.50; Airway Heights, Cheney, Mead, Greenacres, and Otis Orchards are $17.50. Colbert and Deer Park are $20.00. All delivery fees will be reflected on the order summary page before the order is placed. If you have any questions regarding the delivery fee, please call us.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
